As a Montgomery County Certified Mediator, I have received specialized training in divorce and family law mediation. I am also a member of the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators.
In my family law practice, I take a progressive approach to a wide range of issues, including:
- Child custody. I work with individuals to identify and implement custody arrangements that are in the best interests of the children, including situations where custody is sought by grandparents.
- Grandparent visitation. Under Pennsylvania law, grandparents may be entitled to visitation, or custody, under certain circumstances. I represent grandparents who seek to retain a vital role in the lives of their grandchildren.
- Relocation of a child. I advocate for individuals and families when circumstances change and one parent seeks to relocate, making custody and visitation more complex.
- Adoption. I work with individuals and couples involved in the adoption process, including grandparent and stepparent adoptions, as well as same-sex couple adoptions.
